
Luis Siete began working as a litigation paralegal with Employer Solutions Law in 2025. He joins the firm after having served as an assistant and paralegal in the Federal Public Defender’s Office, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District, and a private immigration firm. Luis is committed to helping clients with their legal matters and providing litigation support to the attorneys in the firm. His paralegal duties consist of drafting pleadings, filing documents in court, preparing correspondence, and communicating with opposing counsel and clients.
Luis listens carefully to clients’ concerns, making sure they feel valued and confident their needs will be met. Resourceful and resilient, Luis is prepared to take on any challenge and works diligently to find effective solutions. He believes every human interaction is an opportunity to understand and learn. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate Luis for his ability to empathize and connect with people without judgment.
A first-generation immigrant and student, Luis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Washington. When he is not in the office, Luis enjoys spending time with his daughter, family, and friends. He also likes camping, hiking, and being outdoors. Luis is bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish.
