Attorney Chip Goss joined Employer Solutions Law in 2022, but he has decades of legal and courtroom experience. Chip is a seasoned litigator who has been advocating for clients in Washington courts since 1992. His practice at Employer Solutions Law centers around helping employers with matters involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, unpaid wages, breach of contract, and WISHA/DOSH.

Chip Goss’s extensive trial experience makes him an effective advocate for Washington employers in administrative matters and when necessary, at trial or on appeal. Prior to his focus on representing employers, Chip’s litigation background included high-stakes franchise, banking and investor disputes, construction defects, real property claims, intellectual property, employment, personal injury and civil rights cases.

Chip is insightful and tenacious, with a gift for looking at a legal issue from all angles and coming up with creative solutions. His clients appreciate the way he listens to their concerns, identifies pathways to achieving their goals, and helps them understand their legal options.

A three-time American Jurisprudence Award winner, Chip is committed to promoting excellence in the legal community, especially supporting law students. He serves as a Mock Trial Coach at Seattle University Law School and is a former member of the Alumni Board of the Seattle University School of Law. He has also served as an attorney volunteer for the Neighborhood Clinic program of the King County Bar Association.

Chip Goss is a Seattle native and currently resides in West Seattle. When not working on legal matters, he can often be found serving as Commissioner of the West Seattle Soccer Club, enjoying music, or hosting the shellacandvinyl.com podcast.
