Halle Olsen assumed the role of Business Operations Manager in October 2023. Halle joined the team to further the firm’s overall vision of a practice that was not only efficient but also had the infrastructure to support responsive service and growth. Halle has several years of experience in accounting, CRM management, and business operations.

Halle’s work includes ensuring that all business operations run smoothly and align with the high standards for quality that Employer Solutions Law has established. Halle oversees the firm’s accounting, bank processes, payroll, and financial data, recommending solutions to lower costs without negatively impacting the firm’s employees, clients, and services. Clients may encounter Halle through communications about their billing.

Halle also handles the firm’s daily business operations, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues while they are still small and manageable. In addition, Halle's work involves building processes that meet the firm’s business objectives and ensuring compliance.

Halle Olsen loves problem-solving and derives great satisfaction from improving efficiency at work and helping people do their jobs better and more easily. When not working, Halle enjoys reading, sewing, hiking, and record collecting.
