Kat (Kathleen) joined Employer Solutions Law as a litigation paralegal in March 2024. She comes to the firm after years of working in respected labor and employment law firms in both Washington and California. In her capacity as paralegal, Kat drafts pleadings, schedules meetings, calendars deadlines, manages and organizes medical records, files documents with the courts, and prepares correspondence with clients and other parties in the case.

The firm’s clients typically encounter Kat during the initial onboarding process, when client meetings are scheduled. Even when employers do not deal directly with Kat, they benefit from her hard work and attention to detail. Kathleen takes great pride in serving the firm’s clients, and she enjoys the open communication and spirit of teamwork within the firm.

In addition to her prior experience as a paralegal, Kathleen has an ABA-approved paralegal Certification from UCLA Extension and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. When not working, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, camping, hiking, and playing video games.
